Character past/History:
Reeve grew up in a pretty well to do family. While he enjoyed the carefree life he had as a boy, he often felt concerned for children or other he heard about in the city who where less fortunate than himself. He attended all the correct schools for his education and was a rather popular individual throughout his life. Known for his no-nonsense attitude and easy-to-work-with charm.
Reeve didn't always feel that way though. In honesty he didn't want to be popular or even work as hard as he did. He merely took up the facades that were required of him. He actually wanted to be a toy maker. He had met one as a boy and thought that bringing happiness to others through play was a much more satisfying mission in life.
Reeve ended up through a series of "its not what you know it's who you know" lessons he became head of ShinRa's city management. He does his best to attempt to improve the city, but at the same time politics stand in his way and he always feels less than accomplished in his job.
